SPRINGER WINERY

A small but well known winery of Pavel Springer and his wife Naďa controls 6 hectares of vineyards in the village of Bořetice. This is a place known for excellent reds and the wines of Pavel Springer confirm this statement. Maximum stress on quality is the key factor in all their wines. Oak barrels are used for ageing most wines, both red and white. Pavel is a member of the Integrated Wine Production group and in his winery you can see a beautiful family wine press constructed in 1807. Not only does this winery offer great wines, but it is well worth a visit.
