NOVÉ VINAŘSTVÍ (NEW WINERY)
New Winery is a modern style winery with 102 hectares of their own vineyards. They focus on whites and rosés and constantly surprise wine-lovers by new items in their offer. The wines range from dry to sweet, some are sparkling, others are low in alcohol. At the moment they launch a new product – varietal grape juices. If you will book this room, you´ll get a special welcome gift from the winery manager Marek Špalek – a bottle of nice sparkling wine named Mosecco.
