This winery produces top quality wines from grapes coming from the Pálava natural reservation. Their specialty is Ryzlink vlašský (Welshriesling), as they made the first ice-wine ever made of this variety. The philosophy of the winery mainly focuses on very considerate approach towards our environment, as less chemical products as possible both in the vineyard and in the cellar. All wines are made without added sugar; all wines are made of grapes grown with maximum attention to ecology and environmental sustainability.
