ELESKO, IN VINO

It may be ouf of nostalgia that we wanted to integrate one Slovakian company. The times when Slovakia used to be a part of Czechoslovakia are gone, but the bonds are still strong and so we invited a Slovakian company IN VINO to join our project. Their wines are labelled as ELESKO, a name given to a huge calc-tuff statue above the vineyards, not far from the town of Mora. The winemaker here is Nigel Davis – an oenologist from New Zealand, who greatly understands local style of fresh and fruity wines.

ELESKO is a project that is very different from most wineries in this region. The winery has all accessible technology and if you´ll have the chance, it is well worth a visit. Nowadays it is probably the only winery that offers not only great wines but also excellent cuisine right in the winery building and an exceptional cultural experience in their gallery.
