Cancelling your stay

Individual stay:
„Special Price“
Cancelling your stay in more than 3 days before your arrival: No cancellation fee.
Cancelling your stay in less than 3 days before your arrival or „no show“: Cancellation fee is 100% of the price of one room per night at the time of your arrival.

Group stay (6 or more rooms):
Cancelling your stay more than 45 days before your arrival: No cancellation fee.
Cancelling your stay 44 – 7 days before your arrival: Cancellation fee is 50% from the total accommodation price.
Cancelling your stay less than 7 days before your arrival: Cancellation fee is 100% of your total accommodation pri­ce. 

Special tariffs for cancelling your stay during holiday season:
Cancelled more than 10 days before your arrival: no cancellation fee.
Cancelled 10 – 5 days before your arrival: Cancellation fee is 50% of your total accommodation price.
Cancelled 5 – 1 day before your arrival: Cancellation fee is 80% of your total accommodation price.
Cancelled less than 1 day before your arrival: There is no refund.

Important parts of the accommodation agreement

At the day of your arrival, the room is not available until 2 pm. The possibility of earlier access to your room may be charged extra. This charge may be as high as the price of one night stay in the particular season.

At the day of your departure the room must be free by noon. The possibility of later departure may be charged extra. This charge may be as high as the price of one night stay in the particular season.

If not specified otherwise, reservations are valid until 5 pm.

If there are unsettled payments after the guest departs (wines and food from the room minibar), the hotel has the right to use information about the guest’s financial situation to perform additional payment request of missing or consumed items according to valid hotel pricelist.
